Billing, payouts, broken play links, missing surveys, or a locked account — write support@testbundle.com. We read every note. Include the account email and the bundle or game name so we can find the record.

Payouts and play
A bundle expired before you finished, a game would not open, a payout did not land, or cash-out verification failed. Tell us the bundle title and what you already tried.

A card would not verify, a slot stayed authorized after unlock, or answers never showed up. Include the game title and the last four on the card if billing is the problem.
